Union Information Systems Limited is the sole owner of the customer information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways that differ from those disclosed in this statement. We request client information on our application form. A client will be asked to provide contact information (e.g. name and email address). This information is used for hosting applications. When the application is processed, the contact information is used to contact the client. Our Web site takes every precaution to protect our clients' information. When a client submits sensitive information, the information is protected both online and offline.

Full payment is required before hosting service is started, which includes renewals. Union Information Systems Limited will accept the payment paid by cheque or direct bank deposit. If paying by cheque, you must prepay on a quarterly, semi annual or annual basis. we reserve the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any returned cheque for any reason will be subject to a HK$400.00 returned check fee plus collection fees if applicable.
All payment-due notices will be sent by Email, postal mail or fax. Prepayment is due each anniversary (one month, three month, six month, one year) following the date the account was established. Billing will continue until you cancel your hosting account.
All past due accounts will be placed with collections and any additional fees will be the responsibility of the client and may be reported to the appropriate credit reporting agencies if left uncollected.

Union Information Systems Limited may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of any unsolicited email, email bombs, hate email, or any mass email. Your email account may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address of such email. We consider mass email any email message sent to more than 100 email addresses or more than 10 news groups.
We prohibit spam, or any unsolicited commercial email, from being sent over our network, by customers or any other users of our network (including customers' customers).

If we change our privacy policy, we will post notification of those changes on our homepage so our clients are aware changes to the information we collect, how it is used, and under which circumstances, if any, it is disclosed. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify clients by email. Clients will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
